Kpp03 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the kpp03 platform. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out here.
These terms take effect from the date your account is registered. Updated: 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account, accessing, or using the kpp03 platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all other policies and guidelines published by kpp03 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the kpp03 platform is limited to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Residing in or accessing the platform from Malaysia;
- Not legally prohibited from participating in betting or online gaming activities under applicable law;
- Register only one personal account — owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Kpp03 reserves the right to reject registration or suspend access for any user who fails to meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading details given may result in your account being suspended or closed. kpp03 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time using valid official documents.
Each user is fully responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. kpp03 is not responsible for any losses from unauthorized account use caused by user negligence in safeguarding login information.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Sharing or transferring an account to another party;
- Using automated software, bots, or any methods that manipulate the platform’s system;
- Engaging in any activity intended to compromise the integrity of a game or bet;
- Creating an account using another person's identity or falsified information;
- Using the platform for any illegal activity or activity that contravenes Malaysian law.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in account closure and potential legal action where applicable.
3. Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the kpp03 platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). kpp03 accepts deposits via local payment methods listed on the account deposit page, including bank transfers and supported e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to the user themselves. kpp03 does not accept deposits made using cards or accounts belonging to third parties. Any attempt to deposit funds from an unauthorised source may result in immediate account suspension and reversal of the transaction.
For withdrawals, kpp03 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframe applicable to the chosen payment method. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit is processed. All refunds and transaction cancellations are subject to the platform's current policy.

4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Kpp03 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from game or betting outcomes, service interruptions, technical faults, or data loss.
The platform is provided "as is" and kpp03 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suited to any specific user's needs. That said, kpp03 endeavours to maintain the highest possible platform uptime and will notify users of any scheduled maintenance.
Intellectual Property & External Links
All content on the kpp03 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of kpp03 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from kpp03.
Where the platform contains links to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for convenience only. kpp03 does not endorse, verify, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
5. Account Policy — Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Kpp03 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause, including:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions;
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation;
- Failure to submit identity verification documents when requested;
- Multiple accounts operated by the same individual;
- Account closure requested by the user.
Upon account closure, any remaining balance — after deducting any amounts owed to kpp03 or arising from suspected fraudulent transactions — will be processed for return in accordance with the platform's standard procedures.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Kpp03 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
